To provide customers with even more improved health care, Health Centre 4 (HC4) offers a Home Visiting Service (HVS). It is located at the premises of HC4 Centre of Diagnostics with daily opening hours from 9.00 to 22.00. To apply for a home visit call +371 67143915.
General practitioners/therapists, emergency physicians, medical assistants and nurses are available for home visits. If required, physicians-specialists - gynecologists, cardiologists, surgeons - are available for home visits. Under exceptional circumstances home visits of other specialty physicians might be arranged. The Service also provides help for children with acute illness.

The range of services provided includes:

Visit by doctor
During the visit the client health evaluation is carried out, diagnostic and treatment plan is developed, medication prescriptions are made, sick-leave certificates are opened. -
Visit by medical assistant, nurse
During visit several manipulations are performed (injections, application/removal of intravenous systems, 12-lead ECG tracing, glycometry, group A β-haemolytic Streptococcus express test, urinary bladder catheterization, wound dressing, spirometry), test sampling and delivery to lab. Medical assistant is entitled to set up the provisional diagnosis, develop treatment plan, prescribe medicine and open a sick-leave certificate (A).
Home Visiting Service can provide patient transport services with equipped operational medical vehicles.
